I have always used shun knives in the past. I wanted to try something new, and I'm glad that I did. I love the knives and 80% of the utensils. The tongs seem a little flimsy, and they lock really easily. I know there are cooks out there who Only except perfection, and while these are not perfect, they are comfortable in hand and of course, they look great.
