Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Right Size for Empty Nesters
I’ve had a caraway skillet (12inch) for a couple of years and for most tasks it is great. I still use my good-ol cast iron skillet for higher temp frying. The smaller (mini) duo are the right size for most of our range-top cooking needs and help with proportions when cooking for two. Clean up is as expected (a breeze). The jury is still out on durability and longevity. We could not be more pleased with the performance, build quality and esthetics.

This is by far the best cookware I’ve ever used. You can virtually cook anything in this cookware without using any oil. It cleans up with just soap and water, nothing sticks. Love it !! Do yourself a favor and buy this cookware, you won’t be sorry.
