Better than expected
I've been aware of Caraway cookware for a while, but was skeptical that ceramic coating could truly be nonstick just like the reviews said. But recently I gave it a try, and was blown away by how easy the food was sliding off the pan! 🤯 Literally every cooking method I've tried, the food doesn't stick at all. If there's any residue left, it washes off easily with a soft sponge - no need to scrub anything! In our family I cook, and my husband does the dishes, so he surely appreciates how easy these pans are to clean. I also love that these pans are truly beautiful, and come in gorgeous packaging. Great for a wedding or a housewarming party gift. So if you're looking to replace your nonstick pots and pans with durable, non-toxic cookware that's also lovely to look at, I highly recommend giving Caraway a try!
