Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Not just the grill pan
Ok folks. I’ll have you know, that I am very particular when it comes time to spend money on things like cookware, storage , and anything I use in my kitchen. I was a bit skeptical about Caraway, mostly because of their prices but I had heard from several people about how exceptional their storage containers were That’s where I started, and then ended up going all in, purchasing one of their bundles that included cutting boards and cookware. Needless to say it has been amazing! Worth every darn penny, I spent. One of my baking pans picked up the print of a kitchen towel when I took it out of the oven and it was still very hot. I contacted them immediately to see how I could remove the stain. Unfortunately, baking soda and vinegar trick they suggested did not work so I filed a claim, which is what they actually advised me to do. This is not something that is covered but low and behold, they replaced the pan for free, told me to keep the old one and threw in a new pair of oven mitts! Who does that? Well I’ll tell you who. Caraway. I can’t say enough about their customer service, communicating in a timely fashion, always professional, always helpful, making sure that I was a satisfied customer, rather than worrying about what it was going to cost them. Creating loyalty while providing an exceptional product is their goal. I guess I know where I’m shopping for my next sauce pan… well done Caraway!! Keep doing what you’re doing. You deserve more than five stars…..⭐️

Great for pancakes
I used this for pancakes and was very happy. It heats evenly, unlike my previous square griddle that was only hot directly over the flame. I like this so much I might get the double burner model!
