With nearly twice the amount of cooking space compared to Caraway's classic Fry Pan, the Square Griddle features our signature non-stick coating for easy cooking & cleaning.
Our ceramic coating does not include potentially toxic materials like PFOA, PTFE, other PFAs, lead, cadmium, or toxic metals. We also refrain from using any form of hard anodization.
Our cookware coating is free of:
- Ceramic pans hold heat more efficiently than traditional ones, so use yours on low to medium heat when cooking.
