Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Im absolutely obsessed with these pans!!! I just ordered my 3rd one. Im having to buy them one at a time due to price, but eventually, God willing, I'll have a complete set!!! Im not much if a cooker, my husband loves to cook and does 90% of it but these make me want to cook more!! The colors are so vibrant, and the food just melts away in them. Eeeeekkkk...who would have ever thought I'd be so excited to have a new pan!
