Caraway Home is offering a limited-quantity Gift With Purchase (“GWP”) promotion, featuring our newly launched Mechanical Kitchen Timer, to eligible customers who satisfy the qualifying purchase requirements described below. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
Eligibility & Requirements: Customers shall be deemed eligible for the Gift With Purchase upon completing a purchase that (i) includes at least one (1) Bakeware item, and (ii) reaches a minimum subtotal of $675 USD before taxes and shipping.
Redemption: Upon completion of a qualifying purchase, the Gift With Purchase will be automatically applied at checkout. Eligible customers will be prompted to select their preferred Kitchen Timer color from the options available at the time of redemption.
Availability: This promotion is strictly limited to 500 units and available only while supplies last. Once all units have been redeemed, the promotion will automatically terminate and will no longer be accessible at checkout.
Customer Limitations: Limit of one (1) Gift With Purchase per qualifying order. The Gift With Purchase has no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative product. Substitutions, exchanges, or refunds of the Gift With Purchase are not permitted.
Returns & Exchanges: In the event that any item from a qualifying order is returned or exchanged, and such change results in the order no longer meeting eligibility requirements, the Gift With Purchase must be returned in its original, unused condition. Failure to return the Gift With Purchase may result in the deduction of its retail value from the applicable refund amount.
Retroactive Application: This promotion is not applicable to prior purchases and cannot be applied retroactively to orders that did not meet all qualifying criteria at the time of purchase.
General Provisions: Caraway reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
