I’ve been using the Caraway nonstick fry pan for a. Few days, and overall, it has impressed me in both form and function. Here’s my breakdown: Pros: • Beautiful Design: First off, it looks stunning. Sleek, modern, and available in a variety of colors that actually make you want to leave it out on the stovetop. • Truly Nonstick: Out of the box, food slides right off with minimal oil. Eggs, pancakes, and stir-fries all cook evenly and clean up effortlessly. • Healthier Choice: The ceramic coating is free of PTFE, PFOA, and other toxic chemicals found in traditional nonstick coatings, which gives me peace of mind. • Solid Construction: The pan has a nice weight to it and feels very sturdy. It heats quickly and distributes heat well, with no cold spots. Cons: • Careful Maintenance Required: You can’t use metal utensils, and high heat is discouraged. If you’re not careful, you can scratch or damage the coating. • Not Dishwasher Safe: While cleanup is easy, hand-washing is a must to preserve the nonstick surface. • Pricey: It’s more expensive than many other nonstick pans, though the quality helps justify the cost. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a stylish, eco-conscious, and high-performing nonstick pan—and you’re willing to treat it with care—the Caraway pan is an excellent choice. It’s elevated my everyday cooking and still looks brand new with regular maintenance.

This is my favorite pan and go to breakfast pan. Bought this to replace a coated AllClad pan that had a scratched coating. Greatly prefer the Caraway pan. Never sticks and clean up is a breeze. Feel SO much better (mentally) knowing we are not ingesting microplastics and forever chemicals. One thing worth mentioning...we have an induction cooktop. With the Caraway pan we have to use a bit higher heat setting. It's not a big deal, just a learning curve as we try it out on a variety of our routine meals.
