I basically have transformed my kitchen into a Caraway kitchen, having purchased over 20 products, from ceramic and cast iron cookware, to bakeware, to cutting boards and cooking utensils, to food storage containers, including these versatile dots. Love these little containers, but I had a little trouble with one where the ceramic coating was popping up. I decided to write the company a nice email just to let them know how much I loved their products but to rethink the claim that these cute containers were dishwasher safe. In less than 24 hours, I get an email from Caraway to fill out a warranty claim on their website, and in a few hours I received a shipping notification that I was getting an entire dot set free of charge. I received my new set of dots in 3 days, which I was NOT expecting! That’s what I call customer service and that’s how you run a company. My apologies for the long review, but I’m a Caraway customer for life! PS. Read the highlighted part on the care I instructions… it’s best to hand wash them.
