Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Purchased base bundle in green
Have cooked with my new pans and they are everything that was promised. The green is very pretty, food cooked exceptionally well on low to medium heat and clean up was a breeze. First thing cooked in the sauce pan was rice - cooked perfectly and didn't stick to the pan. I think I am going to be very happy with my new Caraway pans. Only negative is the lids got too hot to handle with bare hands even when grabbing " between the bumps" as instructed - easy solution is just using a pot holder

Love my mini pan!
Mini sauce pan is a great addition to my new Caraway cookware. Hoping Caraway will make a small 1-1 1/2 quart tea kettle for a gas stove. You won’t be disappointed with Caraway!

First set I bought for my son & daughter-in-law. I just bought a set for me to replace my cookware I had for almost 50 yrs. I love all the pieces from Caraway. I would like a small non whistling maybe 1-1 1/2 quart tea kettle fur a gas stove.
