Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

So much better than I
I’ve been looking at the caraway pots and pans for the last six months but honestly, I didn’t want to spend the money. That was a huge mistake.!! The pans that I have use so far definitely exceeded my expectations. Yesterday I decided to make a pot of sauce.(red) in the 6 quart Dutch oven. For 40 years I have used a stainless steel pot to make my sauce. Sometimes you can teach in Italian new tricks the meatballs, brown perfectly, so much better than the stainless steel pot and they did not stick. I also cooked/braised steak, sausage and pork for the sauce. Perfectly cooked! I used a minimum amount of olive oil to brown the meat and honestly, I probably didn’t need any. I use several cans of Italian tomatoes and a half a can of pea and it’s simmered on the stove perfectly. I added the meat and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. I love my new pots and I can’t wait to order more tonight. I fried some potatoes in the small frying pan they also came out perfect I have to remind myself not to use oil bottom line if I could give them more than five stars I would. I’m definitely ordering more pots. I’ve already recommended them to several friends. Thanks for teaching, an older woman how to really improve her cooking.
