BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Love this set!
First of all, it's absolutely beautiful - like art in my kitchen! But what really matters is performance, right? I've never really enjoyed cooking, but that has changed with my Caraway set. It's easy to cook with, NOTHING sticks, and clean up is a breeze. Would must definitely recommend!

Super excited Saucepan!!!
I am just starting my journey towards removing all microplastics from my home and this saucepan is my second metallurgic step after replacing my kettle and ridding my kitchen of plastic storage containers for fabulous Caraway containers ( not counting my dot storage minis because they are safe!). The storage organizer is so lovely, I actually look forward to leftovers :0 This saucepan is replacing a cast iron pot so it can keep its seasoning while I'm enjoying pasta! Right tool the job!
