BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Perfect little pot

I needed a small saucepan to replace my old calphalon nonstick pan that had seen better days. Love the styling of this pot with its taller sides and sweet little lid. We’re empty nesters so this is the perfect size for smaller meals. I’ve already used it for rice and oatmeal. I think it will be just the right size to hard boil a few eggs too.

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you cook with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your cookware.

What kind of oil should I use?

Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil. These help prevent smoking, burning, and residue that can build up on your pans. Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols to preserve the coating.

What heat setting should I use?

Always cook on a low to medium heat setting. Avoid high heat, which can damage the non-stick coating over time. Cooking at moderate temperatures helps avoid sticking, staining, and premature wear.

How do I safely handle my pans when cooking?

Always use a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel when handling hot pans. Lift lids at a slight angle to guide steam back into the pan, and use a trivet if placing on a counter. For more comfortable, cooler handling, always grip handles before the small bump on the underside.

Can I put my pans in the dishwasher?

Hand wash only! Dishwashers can be harsh on the non-stick surface. For best results, clean your pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. It’s the best way to keep them looking and performing like new.
