Oven safe up to 550°F.
Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Honestly, words alone can’t express how impressed I am with this pot. Although there were some delivery issues, I don’t believe it was the company’s fault. I ordered both a pot and frying pan, but I only received the pot. So for now, I can only speak about the pot, and it’s absolutely fantastic. Infact, I’m so pleased with the quality that I plan to reorder the frying pan and gradually replace all my current cookware with Caraway products.
