Care & Cleaning
  1. Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.

  2. Preheat on medium to medium-high heat for up to five minutes to ensure even cooking and reduce sticking. Adjust temperatures lower as needed during the cooking process.

  3. Add a light coating of oil or butter to the pan and heat until shimmering, but not smoking.

  4. After cooking, let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, refer to our simple 3-step cleaning guide.
