General Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • This promotion is open to all customers who make a qualified purchase through our official website during the specified promotional periods.

2. Promotion Period:

   • The Caraway Month promotion runs from June 3, 2024, until the earlier of June 30, 2024, or until the applicable supply of promotional product(s) is exhausted. Each weekly offer begins on Monday at 12:00 AM EST and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 PM EST.

3. Weekly Offers:

   • Details for each week's offer are provided below. Specific terms and conditions for each offer will be available on the promotion page during the respective promotional week.

4. Discount Application:

   • Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct discount is applied before completing their purchase.

5. Gift with Purchase (GWP):

   • For the Free Knife Set Gift with Purchase (GWP) offer in Week 2, a code to redeem your free gift will be sent to the email attached to your order approximately 30 days after purchasing. The minimum purchase amount must be met after any discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping fees. Only one qualifying order per customer is permitted. The timing of the redemption email is subject to change at Caraway’s sole discretion.

6. Exclusions:

   • This promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise specified in writing in these Terms. Only select discounts can be combined with the Caraway Month offer each week. These select discounts provide additional value on the full order, but do not apply additional discounts to the items specifically featured in each week's Caraway Month promotion.
   • Certain products may be excluded from the promotion in Caraway’s sole discretion.

7. Special Conditions for Returns & Exchanges on GWP Promotions

   • Full Refund: Customers who return the entire order, including any gifted products such as the knife set, will be eligible for a full refund. All products, items, and packaging must be returned in full and in their original condition.
   • Partial Refund: Customers who return the products from their order, or cancel any part of their order that has not yet shipped but do not return the gifted product, will be eligible for a partial refund only. The refund amount will be adjusted to account for any values of the gifted product. The values will be calculated according to the current MSRP less any promotional discounts, if applicable.
   • Exchanges: No exchanges will be accepted for knife sets redeemed. Knife Set cannot be returned for cash value/store credit. The promotional products cannot be substituted for any other item, or for cash, cash equivalents, or credit.
   • Any product not returned or received in a condition not in accordance with the Caraway Shipping and Return Policy will not be considered for a refund.

8. Modifications, Termination, Disputes:

   • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
   • Any changes to the promotion will be updated on our website.
   • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Caraway shall be final.

9. Liability:

   • Caraway is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may prevent customers from participating in the promotion.

Specific Terms and Conditions for Each Week

Week 1: June 3 - June 9

• Offer: 20% off all stainless steel cookware
• Additional Terms:
  • This offer applies only to stainless steel cookware products, Steamers products not included.
  • The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Week 2: June 10 - June 16

• Offer: Free knife set gift with purchase (GWP) on orders $625+ post any discount being applied
• Additional Terms:
  • The minimum qualifying purchase amount is $625 after any discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping fees.
• Gift with Purchase Item: Qualifying orders will receive a free knife set, claimed via a discount code sent via email. Only 1 gift per customer is redeemable.
• Claim Period: The redemption code for claiming the free knife set will be sent to customers via email approximately 30 days after making a qualifying purchase. Timing of email send is subject to change.

Week 3: June 17 - June 23

• Offer: 20% off our Iconics collection
• Additional Terms:
  • This offer applies only to items within the Iconics collection.
  • The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
