HAND WASH ONLY: Hand wash your Utensils immediately after use with warm, soapy water. Do not submerge your utensils or place them in the dishwasher.
DRY STANDING: Always stand your Utensils upright on your counter or wipe them down with a dish towel to remove excess water prior to storing.
REMOVING STAINS: Apply kosher salt and lemon juice to the affected area. Rub in, allow paste to dry, then gently wipe off. Alternatively, use a solution of 25% distilled white vinegar and 75% water. Do not use bleach or baking soda on your utensils.

Our Utensils come pre-treated with a food-safe finish, so there is no need to apply oil or wax. Hand wash them directly after use with warm, soapy water, cleaning both sides to prevent uneven drying. Avoid soaking to prevent warping. After washing, dry upright or wipe with a towel to remove excess water before storing.
