HAND WASH ONLY: Hand wash your Utensils immediately after use with warm, soapy water. Do not submerge your utensils or place them in the dishwasher.
DRY STANDING: Always stand your Utensils upright on your counter or wipe them down with a dish towel to remove excess water prior to storing.
REMOVING STAINS: Apply kosher salt and lemon juice to the affected area. Rub in, allow paste to dry, then gently wipe off. Alternatively, use a solution of 25% distilled white vinegar and 75% water. Do not use bleach or baking soda on your utensils.

These are very beautiful, light but sturdy. The paperwork does say they will discolor, but hey it is bamboo. Just means you are using them for what they were meant to do and not just sitting in the holder. Sign of many good meals made!!! Bon appétit
