What is 5-ply stainless steel?

“Ply” refers to the number of bonded layers present in the cookware. Our Stainless Steel Cookware is 5-ply, making for superior heat conduction and distribution, as well as maximum durability.

Does stainless steel require seasoning?

Nope! Stainless Steel doesn’t need to be seasoned like traditional cast-iron or carbon steel. However, following proper heating instructions will go a long way in maximizing cooking performance.

Are the pans induction and oven compatible?

You bet! Our pans have a magnetized stainless steel base plate that can be used with induction stovetops. Additionally, all pans are oven safe up to 550ºF and used under the broiler up to 465ºF.
