BEFORE BAKING: Preheat your oven to your desired temperature before adding your Bakeware. Avoid putting empty pans into the oven. Coat with flour or a light amount of oil or butter before food is added, per recipe instructions.
DURING BAKING: Our Bakeware’s aluminized steel core allows for even heat distribution. For your first few uses, closely monitor your heat setting to dial in on the perfect baking temperature or oven time and adjust recipes as needed.
AFTER BAKING: Allow your Bakeware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Life Changer

If you are all for healthy cooking, this sheet pan is for you. Word to the wise. Read the care instructions. Do not put your sheet pan into an oven on broil, do not use metal utensils, and do not warm up cookies on toast setting in your toaster oven. These are things I have researched. Also if you read the small pamplet that comes with your purchase, it will fill you in on the details of how to properly care for your sheet pan. Anything else research thoroughly. It’s honestly all on you if you can’t follow the care instructions. My family came into my kitchen on a family visit to help cook and ruined my beloved small sheet pan the first time, and I wrote to caraway about how heartbroken I was. They could not replace it warranty wise, but made a one time exception for me! They sent me a brand new one lickety split. Their customer service is tremendous and I am forever grateful to all of them who helped me especially Eva, the Senior Customer Advocate who again made my life so easy with this wonder. My son can now enjoy all his favorite foods and I have an easy time with my silicone spatuala or just slide the goodies off! Word to the wise keep an eye on family members in your kitchen. Or, better yet, store it away where it can’t be reached to keep it beautiful for years to come. If you follow all the instructions it will last and last. It’s compact size makes it perfect for my toaster oven and its easy clean up makes it easier on me. And it’s pretty light! With RA I have to be careful with myself lifting heavy pots, pans, sheet pans, etc, and this makes my life much easier. If you have rheumatism or arthritis, this sheet pan is for you. I do hope everyone will try this marvel and as always stay healthy and happy. From my family to yours, happy eating! Thanks again Caraway, you have a loyal customer for life!

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you bake and roast with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your Bakeware.

What kind of oil should I use?

Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil. These help prevent smoking, burning, and residue that can build up on your pans. Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols to preserve the coating.

Can I put my pans in the dishwasher?

Hand wash only! Dishwashers can be harsh on the non-stick surface. For best results, clean your pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. It’s the best way to keep them looking and performing like new.
