Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

This pan was purchased to replace a nonstick pan that i hated. The old pan had a terrible handle that was poorly designed. It as an All Clad pan that was great for large family meals, but when i went go clean it the handle hurt my hand due to its noncontinuous curved handle that was not rounded on top. Well thank you, Caraway!!! This pan is more wonderful in so many ways. First off, the handle is solid and rounded all the way around. The ergonomic design is comfortable when flipping the pan over to clean it. Next the nonstick, chemical free surface is the best I’ve seen ever. Food slides around and out, no problem! Also, the volume of this 12” pan is slightly more than the all clad. It can handle a large dinner with sauce. Lastly, the top is included, which is a plus! My only complaint is the lack of black with silver, which most of our pots are. But i am very happy with our copper color!

Best Pan Ever
I bought the Caraway cookware set years ago and fell in love. Bought this pan as a Christmas gift for my parents and after using it once, they are planning on buying more of this brand. The brand looks nice, brings peace of mind being non-toxic, and takes next to no effort to wash clean. Haven’t regretted a purchase from Caraway yet.
