I left a bad review due to some issues with my utensils. Next day I had an email from them addressing the situation, I was like wow! Then I forgot to reply and then I found a second email again trying to help me ! Wow I was impressed they were on top of it like that. I responded sharing photos of the issue and right away I had an order number delivered with my replacement utensils! This was this week and I got home yesterday and the box was here! Honestly props to this company and their customer service, never seen before ! This made me love them and forget about the “negatives” or my issue. (And the best part is I thought “let’s see if they ask for a good review now like some companies do” and they didn’t and this is what inspired me to genuinely write one ! Besides everything else ! This was just the cherry on top, props!!)
