BEFORE BAKING: Preheat your oven to your desired temperature before adding your Bakeware. Avoid putting empty pans into the oven. Coat with flour or a light amount of oil or butter before food is added, per recipe instructions.
DURING BAKING: Our Bakeware’s aluminized steel core allows for even heat distribution. For your first few uses, closely monitor your heat setting to dial in on the perfect baking temperature or oven time and adjust recipes as needed.
AFTER BAKING: Allow your Bakeware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you bake and roast with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your Bakeware.

What kind of oil should I use?

Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil. These help prevent smoking, burning, and residue that can build up on your pans. Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols to preserve the coating.

Can I put my pans in the dishwasher?

Hand wash only! Dishwashers can be harsh on the non-stick surface. For best results, clean your pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. It’s the best way to keep them looking and performing like new.

Can I cut directly on the Pie Pan?

To preserve the effectiveness and longevity of the non-stick surface, we recommend transferring your food to a cutting board or other safe surface before slicing.
