BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use a low to medium heat setting to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Avoid high heat to maintain performance and longevity.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

This pan heats evenly on the bridge burners on my stove, which has been an issue with other griddle/grills in the past. It is completely non stick. Breakfast just slides right off. So easy to clean and keeps our food clean, too!
