Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Wonderful Baking Sheets
I absolutely LOVE the baking sheet products; I now own one large and Three medium sheets!! Previously I would cover a heavy duty cookie sheet witg aluminum foil and always had messes to clean up afterwards! Now it is so very nice- i use paper towels to wipe up any cooking residue- zero hard baked on difficult to clean pans!!! Thank you!!!!
