Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Just the right size for my cooking on the stove
I don't need as much oil to fry with this pan. The size is good for a family of two. It cleans up nicely, with no real effort. The shape is high enough on the sides of the pan. I would like to get the lid to go with it. It has some weight or heaviness to it but that's fine also. A ceramic pan is what I was looking for. I like this one. I will wait for a sale on the next one.
