Oven safe up to 550°F.
Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

You can not compare it to the teflon non stick, sure the price is a bit much at first but I can honestly say the food tastes better in these pans! I would highly recommend these to anyone! They are heavy and durable, the sleek design on them compliments the kitchen. I am going to start investing the bakeware next!
