Oven safe up to 550°F.
Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Caraway 2 qt ceramic coated Petite Cooker
What initially drew my attention to Caraway products was that they are free from PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, and heavy metals. I had read that the ceramic non-stick coating was great but I was really, really impressed with how quick and easy clean up has been. Virtually nothing sticks to the ceramic surface. I initially purchased the purchased the 16 piece Cookware & Minis Set and just added the 2 qt Ceramic-Coated Petite Cooker to my set. I also purchased the optional glass lid for the 2 Petite cooker. Highly recommend this cookware!
