BEFORE BAKING: Preheat your oven to your desired temperature before adding your Bakeware. Avoid putting empty pans into the oven. Coat with flour or a light amount of oil or butter before food is added, per recipe instructions.
DURING BAKING: Our Bakeware’s aluminized steel core allows for even heat distribution. For your first few uses, closely monitor your heat setting to dial in on the perfect baking temperature or oven time and adjust recipes as needed.
AFTER BAKING: Allow your Bakeware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

We are loving our new Caraway cookware and bakeware. We started with the mini fry pan, which is a perfect pan for a quick egg, or to sauté some veggies. We quickly decided we'd like to add a few more Caraway pieces. Our next purchase was the 10.5 inch fry pan, and the half bakeware set. We have made a casserole baked in 13x9 pan, and have never seen a casserole pan clean up so easily or so quickly. We made roasted potatoes and roasted green beans on the half baking sheet and they cooked perfectly, and again, clean up was beyond a breeze. The large fry pan has become our go-to for cooking dinner items that need to be sautéed or fried.

Do I need to use oil or butter?

Yes—just a little! While our ceramic coating lets you bake and roast with less oil than traditional pans, adding a small amount of oil or butter is essential to protect the surface and improve performance. It also extends the life of your Bakeware.

What kind of oil should I use?

Any oil or butter works, but we recommend those with a high smoke point, such as avocado or grapeseed oil. These help prevent smoking, burning, and residue that can build up on your pans. Avoid using oil sprays or cooking aerosols to preserve the coating.

Can I put my pans in the dishwasher?

Hand wash only! Dishwashers can be harsh on the non-stick surface. For best results, clean your pans with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. It’s the best way to keep them looking and performing like new.
