Care & Cleaning
BEFORE COOKING: Preheat your pans on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds before adding oil or butter. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed to lightly coat your cookware.
DURING COOKING: Use low to medium heat to ensure a smooth cooking experience and preserve your cookware’s coating. Always handle hot pans and lids with a pot holder, oven mitt, or dish towel, and never grip pans beyond the small bump on the underside of the handle.
AFTER COOKING: Allow your cookware to fully cool before hand washing with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Do not place your pans in the dishwasher, as this will damage the ceramic coating.

The Fry Pan I Reach for Every Single Day
My original Caraway Fry Pan has earned a permanent spot on my stovetop because I use it literally every day. Whether I’m making eggs in the morning, browning meat for dinner, or throwing together a quick meal for my family, it’s always within reach. When I saw Caraway released a larger version, I immediately knew I needed it. The extra cooking surface makes such a difference when feeding a family, especially on busy weeknights when I’m trying to cook more at once without overcrowding the pan. Like all of my Caraway pieces, it heats evenly, cleans up effortlessly, and looks beautiful enough to leave out all the time. If you already love the original Fry Pan, the larger size is an easy upgrade and has quickly become a new favorite in my kitchen.

I love them!
I purchased the 8 and 10 inch fry pans. They cook well and clean easily. The only thing is you must use butter to fry eggs, otherwise the stick. You can loosen the eggs with aa spatula but it is easier just using a little bite of butter. I enjoy using them.
