The Stir Fry Pan is an all-purpose pan with a wok-inspired shape that features our signature non-stick, non-toxic ceramic coating. The high-sloped walls allow you to spread food and concentrate heat onto different ingredients, cooking vegetables, grains, and proteins all at once. A happy surprise
I received a basic starter package of the Caraway pots and pans for Christmas. My daughter had them and loved them. I decided I needed one more of the large fry pans and thought I had ordered that. Received more of a wok shaped sauté pan. After using it numerous times, I am extremely happy with it. Being vegan and trying not to use oil, these pans are amazing. I do not need any oil at all and they clean up so easy. I highly recommend all of their pans. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it.
